Does Jack come back in 24: Legacy?
After debuting as the character in the original 24, Sutherland served behind the scenes as an executive producer for the revival series 24: Legacy. Corey Hawkins took over as the show's new lead character, and despite Sutherland's involvement, he did not reprise the role of Jack for the spinoff.
Jack learned from Palmer that Dale Spalding was sent to kill him. With help from Tony, Chloe, and Michelle, Jack managed to stage his own death and he walked away with a new identity.
However, the producers and network behind 24 weren't in favor of his route, and instead, the season ends with Jack handing himself over to Russian authorities to free his best friend - and beloved fan-favorite - Chloe.
That's right, leading man Kiefer Sutherland will be returning as agent Jack Bauer in a new limited series run of 24 on Fox.

Taylor releases Chloe and Ortiz, and thanks to Arlo and his ever-useful drones, they locate Jack's position, and witness his imminent execution. After some tech-babble about focused microwaves, President Taylor calls Logan's men just before he pulls the trigger, and Jack is instantly saved. Hoorah! Come on, though.
No happy ending for Jack Bauer on '24' finale, but he does survive for potential movie. Jack Bauer's run on the TV series '24' has reached an end, but rest assured, fans may reunite with him (played by Kiefer Sutherland) in an upcoming movie.
Thanks to Kim Bauer, Janis, Renee and Chloe are able to save Jack and arrest Tony before he can kill Alan Wilson. With Wilson refusing to talk and Jack about to die, the fight is no longer in the field, it's for the hearts and souls of Jack and Renee.
She forced Bill Buchanan to resign, in return for Chloe to stay, to help Jack expose President Charles Logan for the Sentox nerve gas conspiracy. Audrey and Jack are finally free to be together. She called Heller for help, who later ended up risking his life.
There are 309 kills in total. In a few cases, death is not intended; however, unintended and unwanted kills are also included for the sake of completeness.
Is Josh the son of Jack Bauer?
Joshua "Josh" Bauer was the son of Graem Bauer and Marilyn Bauer, as well as the nephew of Jack Bauer.
Season overview. The fifth season is set 18 months after season four. Former Counter Terrorist Unit agent Jack Bauer begins the season, working as a day-to-day laborer at an oil refinery under the alias "Frank Flynn" in Mojave, California.
Heller on Earth
There's no universe in which Jack Bauer becomes President of the United States — save for Designated Survivor, of course — but he was this close to becoming the POTUS' son-in-law… if not for all the ways Jack jeopardized both Heller and Audrey's lives over the years, that is.
Season 7 opens with über-agent Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) being grilled by a U.S. Senate subcommittee about his past actions, but the hearing's called off by an urgent request from the FBI: Bauer's needed to help stop former CTU comrade Tony Almeida (Carlos Bernard), who's believed to be part of a plot directed ...
The "constant upward spiral of cast and creative team salaries" over the show's eight years has driven the budget up to $5 million an episode, but the show's ratings have dropped 16 percent this season. Financially, it couldn't survive.
The dealers turn out to be undercover police and everyone, including Kim, is arrested. Kim tells the policemen that she has nothing to do with the drug deal and that she is Jack Bauer's daughter. The policemen confirm this and release Kim.
Following the events of Day 4, she started dating clinical psychologist Barry Landes after Jack faked his death and left Kim in the dark; though she briefly reunited with her rediscovered father during Day 5. By Day 7, Kim was married to Stephen Wesley and had a daughter named Teri.
Yes, Chloe (Mary Lynn Rajskub) is married and Jack (Kiefer Sutherland) has had his string of disastrous love affairs, but it was Chloe who saved him from all his enemies, including, in the second-to-the-last hour of the series, himself. And it was Chloe to whom Jack directed his final farewell via drone satellite.
Tony's doctors explain that Jack Bauer only has a few hours to live, but that the pathogen can be harvested up to two hours after his death. While the doctors prepare to move him, Jack snaps into action, killing two of them with a scalpel and the other by breaking his neck, and escapes the compound.
In the end, President Allison Taylor doesn't sign the peace agreement with the Islamic Republic that she worked so hard -- and broke several laws -- to create. She's overwhelmed with guilt about the conspiracy she helped cover up against President Hassan.
Who is the mole in 24 season 8?
Sean Hillinger
Sean is revealed as a mole.
The final scene saw Jack exchanging his life for Chloe's as she was being held captive by the Russians. (You didn't think Jack was going to get away, did you?) In the end, it's Jack's masochistic selflessness that makes him such an indelible character.
20 years later, Jack Bauer is still one of the most capable action heroes in TV history. These are the 10 poor schmucks who came closest to foiling him. When it comes to reasons to watch classic Fox action series 24, its villains tend to end up pretty low on that list.
Wade's friend kills Wade and attacks the pair before being killed. "Day 8: 1:00 a.m. – 2:00 a.m." Ortiz and Walsh bury the bodies and return to CTU. Bauer and his team arrive to find Farhad killed by Mehran's operatives.
Renee decides to torture Wilson when she learns that he has covered all his tracks. After Jack's doctor induces a coma, Kim arrives and begs her to begin the stem cell procedure that Jack told her not to undergo. The season ends with Kim at her father's side, left with a thread of hope that he may survive.
Renee Walker is murdered, prompting Jack to go rogue and defy Chloe and President Taylor to avenge her death. President Allison Taylor's questionable actions to keep the peace treaty alive. Russian President Yuri Suvarov is revealed to be the mastermind behind the day's events.
Audrey Parker and Nathan Wuornos have a working relationship in the very beginning. Over time their relationship has grows to a romantic one. They are a couple as of Season 4. The fandom shippers dub the pairing "Naudrey", or "Pancakes".
While reliving Audrey Rose's last moments, Ivy dies of what is determined to be smoke inhalation, even though no smoke or fire is present. Devastated, the Templetons finally acknowledge that Hoover was telling the truth and have the charges against him dismissed.
Audrey Raines was Jack Bauer's inter-agency liasson (and lover) between the CTU and the Department of Defense from Season 4 through Season 6. Although she was never fully killed off, she was left in a vegetative state after being captured by the Chinese government and injected with mind-altering chemicals.
What was the saddest death in 24?
Teri Bauer's death was a shock. But probably the saddest death on 24 was Edgar Styles. A terrorist had infiltrated CTU and put a canister of the nerve gas in their system. Jack, Chloe, Kim and others got to safety.
However, subsequent research showed that U.S. Army sniper Adelbert Waldron actually held the record, with 109 confirmed kills. Mawhinney's documented total was found to be 103 confirmed kills, with an additional 216 "probable kills". A third Marine Corps sniper, Eric R. England, had 98 confirmed kills.
Sgt. 1st Class Dillard Johnson has confirmed that his kill count of 121 enemies during his second tour is accurate, but he clarifies that he did not use a sniper rifle as he is not a trained sniper. He states that nowhere in his memoir “Carnivore” does it claim that he is a sniper.
Chase and Max are also the only known 24 characters to be introduced on the show and later killed off in other media. Chase is killed in 24: Deadline while Max is killed in 24: The Game, which Chase also appears in.
Point being, Jack Bauer is at least 56 years old. And this is why, when we check in on him for the first time in four years, this is what he's doing.
Graem Bauer is a fictional character and major antagonist of the crime-thriller television series 24, appearing as one of the main antagonists in Season 5. He is the eldest son of the businessman Phillip Bauer and the older brother of the series' protagonist Jack Bauer. He was portrayed by Paul McCrane.
The deaths of Curtis Manning, Milo Pressman, President Wayne Palmer, Graem Bauer and Phillip Bauer, the latter two of whom were involved in the conspiracy surrounding Day 5. Logan being stabbed by Martha Logan.
The main antagonists in this act are Charles Logan, Vladimir Bierko, Christopher Henderson, Graem Bauer and Cheng Zhi.
President Wayne Palmer talks to Bauer on the phone and expresses his gratitude.
No President on 24 has ever been re-elected. David Palmer did not run for re-election, John Keeler and Wayne Palmer were incapacitated, Charles Logan was arrested and removed from office, Noah Daniels lost to Allison Taylor, and Allison Taylor and James Heller resigned from office.
Does Noah Daniels become President in 24?
He became the President of the United States under the provisions of the 25th Amendment due to President Palmer's incapacitation from aftereffects of an attempt on his life. He completed Palmer's term, but lost his bid for re-election to Senator Allison Taylor.
Though he tried to justify his actions in the cover up of former President Palmer's assassination, Taylor refused to listen to him. She also surmised that Logan had an ulterior motive—repairing his reputation. Logan admitted as such and confessed that he would carry the weight of his crimes for the rest of his life.
Jack's attempts to dissuade him eventually cause Tony to hesitate, however, and Henderson is given time to disarm Tony of the syringe and inject him with it before escaping. Before Jack can get him medical help, Tony apparently dies.
Granted, it is not absolutely essential that you watch "24: Redemption" in order to appreciate the 24-episode Season 7 -- but if you're reading this you're almost certainly a fan of the series, and if you're a fan you almost certainly can't get enough of _24_.
During the final hour of Day 6, Chloe collapses whilst working at CTU. Morris helps her get to medical, and a short time later she discovers that she is pregnant.
Well, except for Chance, the little vampire." (Chance Michael Corbitt, who played Laddie, was 10.) 5. Schumacher saw 20-year-old, dark-haired Kiefer Sutherland in the 1986 crime drama At Close Range—barely, as it was in a small role that Kiefer's pal Sean Penn helped him get.
The series is a spin-off of 24 which was created by Joel Surnow and Robert Cochran and its premiere served as the lead-out program for Super Bowl LI before moving to its regular time slot of Monday at 8:00 p.m. The series' premiere was watched by 17.6 million people, the lowest post-Super Bowl program viewership since ...
Upon being called outside, Smitty really brings it in his final goodbye to Rebecca. Turns out, Simms couldn't handle the heat, so he killed himself. To protect the man's legacy, Donovan doesn't tell the FBI the truth about what Simms had been up to.
As soon as Nina handed over the cylinder containing the virus, Salazar pulled a gun on Jack and was about to kill him. Jack was saved timely by the arrival of Delta Force commandos.
Sutherland said he felt it was important to have a new cast to refresh the series, and he hopes to maybe have a cameo in the future. In September 2015, Sutherland seemingly ruled out any further involvement with the show, stating that he would "definitely not return in any way".
Will Kiefer Sutherland return to 24?
Kiefer, who plays President Franklin D. Roosevelt in Showtime's The First Lady, emphasized that he wouldn't return to 24 unless all the pieces fell into place. "My involvement will always be predicated on what I perceive is the quality of the writing," he told GQ.
Bauer realizes that Nina Myers is the mole. He calls George Mason and tells him to detain Myers, but Myers, who heard that Bauer had survived, was already preparing for exfiltration by erasing all the incriminating information of herself on CTU's computer.
More Stories by Lesley. Fox's 24: Legacy will not return for a second season — but that doesn't mean the franchise itself is done. The network has opted to cancel the rebooted version of the Corey Hawkins-fronted drama after one season.
During Day 1, she was put to work by the Drazens and subsequently exposed as a mole and traitor. She killed several people while attempting to keep her cover and escape, including Jamey Farrell and Teri Bauer. However, she was captured and arrested at the close of the day.
Jack is revealed to be addicted to heroin, but is trying to quit. Kyle Singer, a young American man, has been given a task by Hector's group. "Day 3: 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m." Kim tells Jack about her relationship with Edmunds.
President David Palmer decides not to run for re-election, allowing his competitor to win the election and become president by Day 4. The deaths of Nina Myers, Sherry Palmer and Ryan Chappelle, three significant characters in the series since Season 1.
Becoming a heroin addict
Jack is an anti-terrorist agent, but for some reason, between seasons two and three, he went undercover at a Mexican drug cartel and became Smack Bauer, trying to kick a serious heroin habit in the early hours of season 3.
He was also nominated for Best actor in a Drama Television Series at the 2007 Golden Globe Awards for 24. According to his 2006 contract, his salary of $40 million for three seasons of the show made him the highest-earning actor on television.
It is ultimately revealed that Christopher Henderson purposely missed Tony's heart when he stabbed him, and planned on turning him. He had his people take Tony's body, and they were able to revive him within 10 minutes of his apparent death.
So that's what we did.” The “24” franchise returned in 2017 with spinoff series “24: Legacy,” which featured a new leading character played by Corey Hawkins. Sutherland executive produced the show, but did not play Bauer.
Does Tony Almeida come back to 24?
Tony Almeida was a major 24 supporting character who "died" in season 5 only to be resurrected later. Here's why his return didn't quite work. Following Tony Almeida's "death" in 24 season 5, he was later resurrected - here's why his glorious revival made little sense.
